My Everyday

Feels as though I need redemption
Walls are closing in
Faith is lost, and hope is gone
My beliefs become my sin.
The whole world around me cries
As my ears begin to numb
Close my eyes and hold my breath
Anticipate what’s to come
Love and trust, they come and go
Taken for granted everyday
Get caught up in these moments
And begin to lose my way
Tomorrow’s bleak or so it seems
When nothings all I crave
Dreams they die, I live this lie
Never wanting to be saved

My Everyday
My Everyday

Bonds of trust, have been busted open
I can only stand back and feel
Game of life appropriately named
Cause, No one is ever real.

Nothing lost, is nothing gained
But something lost, it often changes
Untrue to oneself
Derange, derange, derange, deranges!
